I loved how close the hotel was to the Church of St Catherine of Alexandria, just a few steps away, and within a short walk, I discovered the stunning Smok Wawelski Park which offered amazing views — both were perfect for leisurely strolls around the city. the hotel itself was comfortable, with a lovely pool and spa area to unwind after a day of exploration.

I enjoyed a lovely stay with excellent amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options daily. The spa was a relaxing oasis. The gym had great, well-maintained equipment. The staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. 🌟

It was just an excellent fit for a city escape in Krakow with good value for price. The pool area was lovely and helped us unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Be sure to check for any events during your stay to avoid noise.

The spa facilities were wonderful, though I might

have expected the indoor pool to be a bit warmer. The massage was the highlight. it was both relaxing and tailored to my needs. However, the shower products provided were a nice touch and showed attention to detail.

Absolutely loved my stay! The spa was a blissful retreat with great massages that melted my stress away. I also adored the unique chapel bar setting where I sipped on exquisite cocktails-it felt magical!

Wonderful spa facilities with exceptional treatments.

During our stay, we faced several issues with the cleaning schedule. On one occasion, the cleaning staff arrived far too early while we were still getting ready, forcing us to put up the 'do not disturb' sign and resulting in our room not being cleaned that day. Additionally, I was shocked by the communication regarding charges. they pre-authorized my card multiple times without clear explanation, impacting my budget unexpectedly. The lack of attentiveness from the staff regarding these concerns only added to my disappointment.

I had a fantastic stay! The spa was incredible and provided a much-needed focal point for relaxation after long days of exploring. The food at the Gaia restaurant was delicious, particularly the breakfast, which had a wonderful variety. My room was spotless and offered an unexpectedly large balcony perfect for unwinding with a book.

stradom house, autograph collection is close to the main square with great food options nearby. the spa and pool area were lovely. the gym was well-equipped, one of the best i've seen! breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. loved the attention to detail.

Fresh orange juice that slapped and a bar with some killer cocktails. The sauna and pool area were a real treat too. The people who worked there? Everyone was super nice, creating a lovely vibe.

Swapping the plastic cups in the sauna for wooden ones would be a game-changer. Also, the 10% tip at the bar, while annoying, didn't ruin my stay — better just to adjust prices instead.

My stay at Stradom House was good! The lively bar atmosphere and really good cocktails created a fun vibe. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. A minor detail, though, was the bar closing earlier than I'd liked. A great experience!
